1. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Refunds:
Refunds are issued for orders that are canceled within the 24-hour window. If you have already paid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Exceptions:
Refunds are not available for orders that have been shipped or for products that have been opened or used.
